7776cx Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player" or "you") and 7776cx ("the Platform," "we," "us" or "our") in connection with your use of the website at 7776cx.pro and any associated applications or services.

By accessing the platform, completing the registration process or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of 7776cx.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 7776cx you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any activity on the platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and a valid phone number.
• You must not be subject to any legal or regulatory restriction that would prevent you from using an online gaming platform in your jurisdiction.
• You must not already have an existing account on 7776cx. Each person is permitted one account only, regardless of the device or payment method used.
• You must be the beneficial owner of any payment method used to deposit funds into your account.

7776cx reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Responsibilities

Once your account is registered and verified, you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials. This includes all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested.

You must keep your password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 7776cx support immediately.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your account remains accurate and current. Update your details promptly if anything changes.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account, even with your consent. Account sharing is prohibited under these Terms.
• You are responsible for any taxes or levies that may be applicable to your winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction.

7776cx will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7776cx are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other approved mobile wallet and payment methods that may be added over time.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed within the platform's deposit interface and may be updated from time to time.
• You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been acquired through legitimate means.
• Deposits made by third parties or using payment methods not registered in your name may be voided and the funds returned.
• 7776cx does not charge deposit processing fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds, or to a verified payment method registered in your name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for standard accounts and are prioritised for VIP members. Bank transfers and Raast withdrawals follow standard processing timelines.
• 7776cx reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the stated requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7776cx offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and event-specific promotions tied to cricket, PSL, bingo jackpot events and other platform activities.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household and per device unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the offer details.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 7776cx reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel any bonus credited to an account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer.

If there is any ambiguity about the terms of a specific bonus offer, the interpretation by 7776cx will be final and binding.

6 VIP Programme

The 7776cx VIP programme operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Participation in the VIP programme is automatic for all registered players. Points accumulate through real-money wagering activity across all game categories and sports betting markets on the platform.

• VIP points are earned on real-money wagers only. Bonus fund wagers do not contribute to VIP point accumulation unless stated specifically in a promotion's terms.
• Tier upgrades are processed automatically when a player reaches the relevant points threshold.
• Tier status is subject to quarterly activity reviews. Players who do not maintain the minimum activity level during a review period may have their tier reassessed.
• VIP benefits — including enhanced withdrawal limits, cashback, priority processing and dedicated support — are tier-specific and apply only while a player holds the relevant tier status.
• 7776cx reserves the right to amend the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds and associated benefits at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected players in advance.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 7776cx, including cricket, PSL, football, esports and all other sports markets available on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the platform.
• Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body of the sport or competition. In cricket, this means the results as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant domestic board for the competition in question.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended or declared void by the organising body, bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• Live betting odds are updated in real time. 7776cx accepts no responsibility for discrepancies arising from data feed delays. Bets placed during a period of suspended betting will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits are as displayed in the sports betting interface and may vary by event, market type and account tier.
• 7776cx reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price resulting from a technical error or data feed fault.

8 Casino, Fish Games & Bingo

The following conditions apply to all non-sports game activity on the platform, including live casino games, fish games, bingo and slots:

• All game outcomes on 7776cx are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for non-live games. Live casino games are streamed from professional studios with real dealers. All outcomes are independently consistent with the published game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes for each game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game, room type and account tier.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session — including disconnection or game freeze — the session may be suspended. If the outcome cannot be verified from server records, the wager will be returned. Completed rounds that are already settled before the disconnection are not subject to reversal.
• Progressive jackpot winnings in bingo and fish games are credited to the winning player's account at the time of the qualifying event. Jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and may differ slightly from the final credited amount due to timing of the jackpot trigger.
• Bingo room chat features are subject to the platform's general conduct standards. Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour in chat will result in chat restrictions or account suspension.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7776cx and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, along with forfeiture of any balance held at the time of the breach:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or sports results in any way.
• Abusing the bonus system, including systematic wagering solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine participation intent.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

7776cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any of the following reasons, without being required to provide advance notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.
• At the player's own request — players who wish to self-exclude or close their account permanently may do so through the account settings or by contacting support.

On account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to the following conditions: any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited; any balance that is subject to an active investigation may be withheld until the investigation is resolved.

Players may also request a temporary account suspension or self-exclusion period through the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated at the player's request until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

11 Responsible Gaming

7776cx is committed to supporting responsible gaming for all adult players on the platform. We provide the following tools within every player account, accessible through the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a cooling-off period before they take effect.

12 Limitation of Liability

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure consistent service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accept no liability for losses arising from planned or unplanned maintenance, technical faults or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

• 7776cx will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to any player in connection with any single incident is limited to the value of the bet or deposit directly involved in that incident.
• We are not responsible for any third-party services — including payment processors, internet service providers or data providers — that may affect your access to or experience on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 7776cx's liability for fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data

7776cx collects and processes personal data in connection with your account registration, use of the platform and financial transactions. The full details of how your data is collected, used and protected are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering on 7776cx, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting platform support.

14 Changes to These Terms

7776cx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players through the platform's notification system and via the email address or phone number associated with their account, at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account before the new terms take effect and receive any remaining balance subject to the conditions in Section 10.
